Myself and my husband really enjoy Rachel’s Pilates classes. She is knowledgeable, clear and concise and the lessons are well thought through and planned each week. We are given different levels for the exercises so you are able to work at your own pace and ability. I particularly enjoy the change in exercises every week which keeps the class fresh and fun!

Rachel’s pilates class is a like a warm cup of cocoa. I am not a bendy or stretchy person and after doing her class throughout lockdown virtually and now in person, I have seen a huge improvement, not just to my mobility but my sleep after her evening class. Her clear instructions give everyone a chance to find their level, with no sense of feeling inadequate if you are not doing the higher level. Her workout is never the same so every week it feels like a new muscle is found and her humour keeps us going when the stomach muscles are burning. If I had time I would make this a daily class!
