PERSONAL TRAINING

Following an initial consultation, you receive a tailored progressive programme to suit their individual needs and abilities. 1 to 1 sessions are usually held in client’s homes, my garden or out on the local commons.

GROUP PILATES

I run mat-based Pilates classes in Elstead, Hambledon and Chiddingfold, as well as online sessions. Suitable for beginners and intermediates, exercises are adapted and progressed where appropriate.

GROUP WEIGHTS

This is a fun 45-minute training session, combining a cardio workout with body weight exercises and resistance training. All shapes, sizes and ages with a shared goal: to improve their fitness levels whilst having a good laugh!

WHY PILATES?

Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles whilst improving flexibility and core strength. There are many benefits to regular Pilates practice, including:
-  Better coordination and balance.
-  Improved strength and fitness levels
-  Flexibility and joint mobility
-  Can help to reduce pain, particularly back pain 
-  Relaxation
-  Increase confidence levels
