GROUP CLASSES
All of my classes are small in numbers so I can work to your individual needs and assure that you get the right level of attention.
PILATES CLASS
I run mat-based Pilates classes in Elstead, Hambledon and Chiddingfold as well as online sessions. Suitable for beginners and intermediates, exercises are adapted and progressions offered where appropriate.
WEIGHTS CLASS
This is a fun 45-minute strength/fitness training session, combining a cardiovascular workout with body weight exercises and resistance training. The group consists of all shapes, sizes and ages with a shared goal: to improve their strength and fitness levels whilst having a good laugh!

Myself and my husband really enjoy Rachel’s Pilates classes. She is knowledgeable, clear and concise and the lessons are well thought through and planned each week.
