Following an initial consultation, my clients receive a tailored progressive programme to suit their individual needs and abilities. One to one sessions are usually held in client’s homes, my garden or out on the local commons making the most of our beautiful surrounding countryside.
Sessions incorporate a variety of training methods to include some of the following elements:
- Cardiovascular Fitness
- Body weight and resistance training to increase muscle tone and build strength
- Pilates based exercises to improve Flexibility, Mobility and Core Strength
- Boxing, Kettlebells
