I’m passionate about helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals. I love to see how being more active can transform lives; physically, in terms of improved health and mobility, as well as mental wellbeing and self-confidence.
Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles whilst improving flexibility and core strength. There are many benefits to regular Pilates practice, including:
- Better coordination and balance.
- Improved strength and fitness levels
- Flexibility and joint mobility
- Can help to reduce pain, particularly back pain
- Increase confidence levels
Myself and my husband really enjoy Rachel’s Pilates classes. She is knowledgeable, clear and concise and the lessons are well thought through and planned each week.
